This morning the weather of Rome was so beautiful that I had to move and have a breakfast at the old part of city. Actually Rome is made of many ancient, old or nearly old districts, all mixed up. You just have to follow your inspiration and Rome will show its best. I found myself in quiet streets full of interesting and strange shops: old books and vynils, antiquarianism, modernism icons, old fashioned dresses, holy merchandise and baker’s: Rome at its best.
Surrounded by churches, little shops, marble statues and vespas, relaxed and smiling, I sat in a coffe bar on those street, enjoying a capuccino and cornetto, laughing at nothing, suspended in this lapse of time where old and new stories, the past and the present, simply mix up.
